Back Care Programme June 2026
About the Programme
This small-group reformer Pilates Programme is designed for clients experiencing back pain who have been signed off to exercise.
The programme consists of four reformer Pilates classes over four weeks in June, where the programme will be adapted to your needs as attendees. The programme is designed to allow you to work at your own pace in a kind, calm and supportive environment, in a way that works for your body.
Feedback from our previous Back Care Programme was overwhelmingly positive and we are thrilled to bring it back to support more clients on their back care journey.
What we’ll focus on
Using the reformer alongside other carefully selected exercises, sessions will focus on:
• Improving strength - both core and whole body
• Improving mobility and flexibility, and reducing stiffness
• Building confidence with movement
• Improving awareness of your body and exploring what works best for you
Who is the programme suitable for?
The programme is ideal for those experiencing ongoing back pain, general stiffness or weakness caused by injury, work or lifestyle, as well as those feeling less confident returning to exercise.
The programme is suitable for beginners - no prior reformer Pilates experience is required.
A Personalised Small Group Experience
There will be a maximum of 6 participants to ensure a supportive and personalised experience. Please note we require a minimum of 4 participants for the programme to go ahead.
Before your first session
Before the programme begins, course instructor Tanya will arrange a short call with you to better understand your needs and help tailor the programme appropriately within the group setting. Tanya also led the previous Back Care Programme.
If you have a physio report, you are very welcome to send it to us securely via email so we can further personalise your experience. However, this is not essential, and you can absolutely attend the programme without one.
Please note that sign-off from a medical professional is required before attending the programme.

Each class lasts 50 minutes.
£128 per person
Please note: this prgoramme is designed to support movement and exercise and is not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis or physiotherapy.

Once booked, we will manually reserve your space in each of the four classes. You will then receive email confirmation for all sessions.

A minimum of 4 participants is required for the programme to go ahead
The programme can be refunded up to one week before the start date
Usual credits and memberships can’t be used for the Back Care Programme
Missed classes cannot be refunded or transferred to another date
By booking the prgoramme, you confirm you have medical sign off to exercise.
