What is the September Reset Challenge?
It’s our first challenge at The Pilates Sphere! The goal is simple: complete 3 classes per week for 4 weeks between Monday 8th September to Sunday 5th October.
How do I sign up for the challenge?
Simply email or WhatsApp us, and we’ll add your name to the challenge board in the studio. Every time you complete a class, add a star next to your name and watch your progress grow!
Why 3 classes a week?
Because consistency is where the magic happens. Just 3 classes a week can help you:
Boost your energy levels
Strengthen your body
Lift your mood
It’s a small commitment with big returns. We promise you’ll see the difference
Do I have to come to the studio 3 times a week?
Not at all! For this challenge only, we’ve introduced 3 weekly virtual mat Pilates classes. You can complete the challenge with:
All reformer classes
All virtual mat classes
A mix of both
When are the virtual classes?
All virtual classes are mixed level (suitable for beginners through to advanced).
Monday 7pm – Mat Pilates with Felicity
Wednesday 7am – Mat Pilates with Charlotte
Sunday 6pm – Virtual Stretch, Breathe and Reset with Sarah (yes, this stretch class counts towards your 3 classes!)
What credits do I need for virtual classes?
Reformer credits don’t apply to virtual classes. Instead, you can purchase:
A single virtual mat class (£20)
A 2-class virtual pack (£38)
Available under ‘pricing’ on the website and ‘Buy Credits’ in the app. Scroll to the bottom of both and you’ll see Virtual Classes: single class and two class pack.
How do I book virtual classes?
Buy your credits as above
Book as you normally would via ‘schedule’ on the website or app and look for ‘Virtual’
You’ll receive a dial-in link before class (camera on or off, up to you!).
Note: Standard class T&Cs apply, including the 5-minute rule.
Which classes count towards the challenge?
All of them! This includes:
Beginners, Intermediate, Intermediate Strength, Advanced
Jump Boards
Stretch
All virtual classes
