Before your first class, please take a read of the below:
To help your first visit run smoothly, please take a moment to read the information below. The Three Most Important Things to Know:
1. Grip Socks Are Mandatory
Grip socks must be worn during all classes for safety reasons. If you don't have your own pair, you can purchase them in the studio for £16. For hygiene reasons, we don’t allow bare feet.
2. Please Arrive on Time
We start all classes promptly.
Clients new to the studio: Even if you have done reformer before, we are unable to admit you once the class has started, If you arrive after the class has started, entry will not be permitted and the class credit will be forfeited.
Returning clients: We offer a 5-minute grace period. After this time, entry will not be permitted and the class credit will be forfeited.
3. Book the Appropriate Class Level
If you are new to reformer Pilates, your first class must be a Beginner class. Our Beginner classes are designed to teach the fundamentals and introduce clients to the reformer in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Please do not book an Advanced class if you are new to our studio. Advanced classes are challenging, and we need to ensure you have the necessary experience to participate safely.
Other Important Information

The studio opens 10 minutes before each class.
For the first class of a block (for example, 7.00am, 8.00am, 4.30pm or 5.30pm), the studio will only open 10 minutes before the class start time, so please plan your arrival accordingly.

If you are 20 weeks pregnant or less and new to reformer Pilates, you are welcome to attend your first class with us.
